Executive's Committee has agreed to form Academic Management Office of Kolej Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn on 1 January 2003 .

It consist seven (7) units as mentioned below:

1. Senate and Academic Records Unit ( USRA )
2. Intake and Recruitment Student Unit ( UPKP )
3. Examination and Students Graduation Unit ( UPPP )
4. Supporting Academic Services Unit ( UPSA )
5. Registration and Student Records Unit ( UPRP )
6. Multimedia and Information System Unit ( USMM )
7. Human Resource Development Unit ( UPPS )
